In their own words
Hired them to move my parents they gave me a arrival time of 10am to 1pm didn't show up till 2:15pm and charged them from 2pm. So not only were they late but also broke two items and the one mover who I found rude said not there problem. Other two movers were polite. Also I called to tell them my parents were missing a clock and no one return my call. Very overpriced and work slow even asked us to help remove blankets so they could go faster. Would not recommend.
Used these guys a couple years ago. “Alex Guy” from asap moving was my contact. The movers kept asking to buy things from me and on top of that they stole a prized custom charcoal painting from me. I continually contacted them for help, they ghosted me and I never heard from them again. They just take the money and run.

Had a horrible experience with these people. It started out so polite and thorough.They speak well and appear so professional.They attempted to put tape directly on my wooden armoire doors until I told them no please dont do that as it will remove the stain and destroy the finish once removed. They wrapped and wrapped everything they could find in fabric including items that were less than 10lbs.it to them 5 hours to load my item( 41/2 appt) Thank God I already made 8 trips with my smaller items in my SUV .
Asaap and iintact. They are dishonest and disrespectful. If they damage your belongings, they completely ignore you. You're not even allowed to speak with the owner, Alexandre. You are completely ignored. When an owner ignores their customers, it's a major problem. You are a human being, not just money. We live and we learn, but it's never free. It's sad to lose your money and have your things broken. But learning life lessons is excellent. A place to avoid at all costs.
Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Showed up an hour and a half late. Ruined a lot of my stuff (scratched a bunch of nice wood furniture). One of them had a meltdown because the job was running late and he walked off of the job after flipping out at me. The whole experience left me shaken up.
The worst movers ever. They claim that they have insurance but they broke my tv and they are not even answering my call. They were late and work with the smallest truck you have ever seen. Not reliable and cannot be trusted with any appliance.
Do not use these scammers. They sent three movers but it took them 7 hours to move a one bedroom with sole access to elevators in both buildings. Customer service is bottom barrel; use asap moving at your own risk.
Had the worst experience with them. They were slacking a lot and sneaking in and out just to add extra hours. caught them multiple times standing in stairs case chatting and using cell. …

Excellent service. Great communication. And they protect the furniture well. Great team in Dominica!
All the guys (Omar, Rigo, José, Carlos and two others) were courteous, worked tirelessly, followed instructions to a T and never stopped until the job got done. Ours was an old four-bedroom bungalow with over 60 years of accumulation with two outdoor sheds and not even the damaged furniture and mold deterred them from the task. They worked from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm and got the job done. I would highly recommend them!
Thank you for the great service. James and his colleague were extremely kind, gracious and patient. They come equipped, work quickly and efficiently. He was super careful not to damage my walls and made sure I was happy with the placement of my table before they left. They also cleaned up and threw out all garbage before leaving. I much appreciated the experience with ASAP Moving.
