I received the worst service from Bon Avenir! On moving day, it was raining, and I asked the movers twice to cover the floor, but they never did. Furthermore, I had a damaged piece of furniture, and they dragged it across the floor instead of carrying it, leaving me with a completely scratched and damaged hardwood floor. On top of that, they broke my makeup artist's stand and *repaired it with tape*!
Hello Ms. Vanessa, your move wasn't too expensive because you worked with us constantly to load the truck as quickly as possible. You're blaming our workers for several false claims.
The owner is arrogant and doesn't seem to care about any more customers. He asked for a deposit before providing any service. I told him it wasn't possible for my company but that I would see if I could do something. He told me to go somewhere else before I could even say another word.
Dear Ms. Sabrina, We have company policies. We require a $100 deposit to reserve your move. If you are unable to comply with these policies, we ask that you find another moving company.
First off the person who answered sounded as if they were in the process of moving so it was hard to hear them clearly. He then told me he doesn't speak English and couldn't understand me. I went with another company because it didn't seem as though they really wanted me as a client.

I wish to report the driving of your F-250 driver and his trailer on Highway 116 in Saint-Basile-le-Grand for his dangerous passing maneuver that nearly caused an unnecessary accident. Let's hope you're only an expert at billiards!

I rarely write reviews for companies, but the excellent service here was worth posting to share my appreciation. The movers arrived early, the work was quick and, most importantly, meticulous. My belongings and the surrounding area were well protected. The movers were courteous and professional. The price was competitive without compromising on quality. These guys worked hard and fast, keeping my costs down. Nobody dragged their feet in any way. We had to head down the road 1.5 hrs and they moved quickly down the road as well, doing a great job again keeping the overall price down. Great communication as well. Consider Bon Avenir for your moving needs. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a very good experience with "Bon Avenir Moving," managed by Ivan and Amar. I highly recommend them. Having had a bad moving experience in the past, we were stressed well before they arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by the movers' friendly attitude and tireless work (they didn't take a single break). All the appliances were covered before being transported. They laid down a mat on the floor before moving the furniture. They protected the mattresses before moving them.
