@review; your response is ridiculous. I've been a customer for four years, and I've had two thefts. I explained to your manager that management could contact me, and you tell me you want my contact information to reach me?! This is just a way to show you care about your customers on Google, but it's not true! The outdoor parking gives the impression of being secure, but it's not at all. Two thefts in less than four months from my RV. Even parked near a camera, someone broke in and stole a lot of things.

Booked and reserved with them using the contact info and had a confirmed reservation from them and paid the deposit. Was told I would receive a phone call from one of two people at 0900 the next day. Never got a call at 0900, waited until 0930 and called them, no answer so I left a message and sent an email to the location. No response after over an hour so I decided to call back. This time it was answered but they told me they can’t help me and said they would refund me. They wasted my time for no reason.

Think twice before storing your RV there. My parking spot has been stolen several times, leaving me unable to park my RV. Last week, someone forced open my RV door and rear window. My RV sustained significant damage. The RV parked next to mine was also damaged, and the thieves managed to get inside. I spoke with the people at Depotium. They couldn't have cared less. They were supposed to follow up with me... but nothing happened, not a single email, not a single call.

The customer service is extremely poor; no one answers when you call, it always goes to voicemail. When you leave a message, there's no return call – a real lack of professionalism.

The parking spaces are never cleared of snow, regardless of the time of day, which makes parking and exiting very difficult and inconvenient.

This is our second time using this facility to store our travel trailer for several months prior to heading south for the winter. Christian, site manager, thanks again Christian, has been very helpful on both occasions getting everything in order and explaining, in detail, the Depotium procedures.
