In their own words
I've never seen such a poorly managed company in my life. We hired this moving company for our residential move, and it was a disastrous experience from start to finish. Firstly, on the day of the move, the team arrived three hours late, with no apology or explanation. When they finally arrived, they handled our belongings carelessly and without any regard. We found broken items, scratched furniture, and even missing boxes when we arrived at our new home. Furthermore, their attitude was completely disrespectful.
⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ Dear customers, we are currently being attacked by negative comments and spam from competitors. For example, we have never worked for dahllia - rest assured, you can call us and give us your full confidence.
Do not move your piano with this company since they are really amateur in moving piano. Since we have an acoustic piano we had toask professional moving companies to do the moving. I searched three months before our moving date and found Fox movers price and rating good. So, I fixed the prices and the moving date. The price seemed reasonable and they claimed that they are professional with moving pianos. Last Thursday, 25 June 2020, they came and started with some boxes and then the piano.
Thank you for your feed back and we are sorry you felt that way. Responsibility & honestly & respect are our top priority in our moving services. When the movers hit the floor the piano was already well rapped ( the piano has four wheels) in case of a damage it should be either the wheels or the…
My sister contacted this company for a move, and it was the worst thing ever, the worst company, I'm telling you. I'm the one who suggested this company to her because I thought I knew the owner (Sam) or his real name (Islam), because I'd already used their services before—a normal job, but in the end, they mistreated my sister. Thankfully, she still has a week before her move because no one has come, and on top of that, they have the nerve to speak in a very, very rude way.

Fox Movers were absolutely incredible. Not only were they on time, but they called and offered to show up early! They were extremely professional and very careful with all of my furniture and boxes. During the entire move I didn’t have ANYTHING break or get damaged. Their responsiveness by email and phone was always extremely fast if I had any questions in the lead up to the move. Their prices were definitely the best out of all the services I got quoted for.
Dear Mr Josh, We are really glad to learn that you are very happy with our moving services and thank you for your glowing review; we do appreciate the positive comments and your time to share your moving experience with our future customers.
Sam and the Fox Movers team have been an invaluable asset to me. I've been using them for over a year to coordinate small moves of antique furniture and art across town, and I've yet to find another mover that offers the same level of care, flexibility, efficiency, and communication for the price. Many of the pieces I've had them move are both heavy and delicate, requiring extra care to ensure safe transportation.
If you want an awesome moving experience, using Fox Movers Montreal is a no brainer. I've been involved in dozens of moves in the past, but the service I received from Fox Movers Montreal was top notch! Listen, I rarely recommend anything.....but if you want a customer focused moving company that will give 100% effort to move your stuff safe and sound and at a reasonable price....then trust me....
Michael, we could not possibly be happier with the excellent review you provided for our services! It's our pleasure to make sure our customers are taken care of from start to finish, so we're glad that came through for you.
I chose this business because the move was very last minute, and the reviews were very positive. It was the very first place I called with the intention to shop for others, but the person on the phone (Sam?) was very accomodating, very polite, reassuring, and professional. I was reassured immediately, and the move was scheduled. Yesterday the movers showed up shortly after another move. The three movers were in great moods, so friendly, and still so energetic.
Thank you for trusting to us to do your move, and for taking the time to share your moving experience with our future customers, we are very happy to learn that you are highly satisfied with our services, which is our goal.
