I could never recommend this moving company. They are overpriced and have poor communication. 1. As a hard of hearing individual, they refused to accommodate me despite me asking multiple times to communicate over email instead of calls. 2. One flight of stairs = six stairs according to the Movers, so be warned that you will be charged if you exceed six stairs. Every set of six stairs after that you will be charged.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. The packers, who we tipped $100 each, were found to have wrapped my glass, one-of-a- kind artwork and antiques in my sweaters; not bubble wrap. As a result things were broken and there were shards of glass in my sweaters so I had to throw them away, too. A basket handle was torn off because they shoved so many books in it. A cart on wheels was wrapped in cellophane so tight that it was crushed and the wheels no longer work.
I have been waiting months for these people to process my claim. I’m not holding back any longer. A lot of my furniture was damaged boxes looked like they don’t take any care.. I’ve emailed them several times to still not receive any compensation. They hired a third party to deliver my belongings. They didn’t put my bed together correctly. I would not have hired this company if I had read reviews ahead of hiring. A lot of the damage was to heirlooms that can’t be replaced . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Awful experience using this company. I do not recommend. Their movers themselves were nice and professional but operationally and administratively this place is a nightmare. Promised a delivery date and arrived 10 days after, showed up and immediately demanded $500 more than the estimated price and then kept trying to tack on more fees after they had already taken our stuff. Wouldn’t hear from them at all and they couldn’t get ahold of our movers for over a week after they picked up our items.
