I had a horrible experience with Ashline. Two of my friends and I all shared a container over the summer. When the movers came to pick up our things, they counted everything and we made a list of all our belongings. That list went with the movers back to Ashline [as we were told] and never once were we asked to put our names on anything.
BEWARE! When I booked my move with Ashline, I had to put a deposit for the truck and to secure the date on a credit card. When the move actually took place, the owner asked for a check instead of placing the balance on the card (since she had to pay her workers, she said, right away). I agreed. When I was able to check my credit card charges, I saw that Ashline had billed me on my credit card as well. I called and was told that it was "miscommunication" and that the problem would be rectified. It was not.

I recently had Ashline Movers move my apartment and the contents of a storage unit into a new place. The experience throughout was excellent. From setting up the move and getting an estimate, to several calls and messages to have questions answered, right through until moving day, Al was a great guide for the process. The guys that showed up to do the move were prompt and efficient, as well as being approachable with great senses of humor.
