SCAM. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Check out the real reviews on the BBB website. We were quoted $400.00. After they loaded the truck they took off and called us demanding that we pay an additional $1900.00. Or they wouldn't return. They came up with bogus charges and told me to take it up with the company. We never can get a call back. Stay away!
Hi Dave, We are trying to find the details of your move. Was this move handled under a different customer's name as we are unable to find you in our system. We take this kind of matter very seriously. Do you have a move registration number?
Why not have extra adaptable ramps for stairs??!!! I am observing workers having to negotiate stairs when they could be using ramps!!!!! this is stupidity in plain sight!! If I was an employee I would be speaking up to a responsible manager. NO COMMON SENSE

This was overall a great experience from start to finish. Greg and Leticia were great at communicating. The teams packing and delivering were very professional. With the team that was packing I had to reiterate multiple times how I wanted things to be done and had to keep an eye on them to make sure it was done that proper way, but they mostly did everything the way I asked them to. They did a great job of making sure everything was properly padded, and there was no damage to any item.

The driver and his teams (one at origin and one at destination) were very friendly, eager to please, attentive to my wishes, and VERY hard working. I don’t believe it would have been any better if I’d have used a company I owned. Besides the above, they did everything precisely as they promised, from showing up on time to calling ahead, etc.
They did an amazing job picking up and delivering my goods in a timely matter. All arrived in one piece and bonus the total came in under the quote. If moving in the future I will go through Atlantic Relocation System. I have already shared their information with a few others that are moving out of state.
Pick up was bad. Inexperienced movers who were local furniture delivery movers had little experience in loading and packing trucks for most part. Expensive piece when delivered had leg broken off. Versus dealing with frustration, I repaired. Pick up Ops manager was not accountable for anything. Blamed others, yet he made the decisions. Took 3 days to do a one day job and they breached the contract by being a day late in completing job when I no longer owned the home.
