3 pieces of furniture have gouges chunks of wood missing which makes me more upset about these mover's than I already was. On top of making me pack things into my car, switching movers mid move, the moving crew made me walk through multiple parking lots as I am in an ankle brace because their movers would NOT listen and showed up at the wrong address. Then I had to ask them to come back and finish. I’ve used movers 3 other times and have never had such a terrible experience.
These guys were late, super slow, expensive and unprofessional. Was charged over twice of what was quoted. They also did some damage both my belongings and the new apartment and they have …
Sorry to hear about your experience. We tried to help you but you were aggressive and almost prejudice towards the guys. They felt threatened by your demeanor and judgment. If that crew had an off day I would love to investigate that, but that specific Crew is responsible for 30+ 5 Star reviews.
Hands down most disappointing moving experience ever. Hiring movers is supposed to de-stress a stressful life event. Atlas Moving Company will just add stress so don't use them. First, they underestimated how long it would take them to pack and move everything - and not just by a little, by a long shot. It took their entire crew about 8 more hours the day after they said the move would be done. And that's not the worst part! THEY DIDN'T EVEN MOVE EVERYTHING FROM OUR OLD HOUSE!
SCAMMERS. Destroyed my most expensive pieces of furniture and I witnessed it happening. His employee showed up hungover, taking several breaks and smoke breaks to run the clock most likely. When I brought this to the owners attention, he told me he'd compensate me for the time I thought was lost and for the damages done. Now he is not responding to any of my messages and will not give me my money back for all the damage done to my items. Reported to Thumbtack and Better Business Bureau.

The moving company was frustratingly slow, inefficient, and clearly dragging their feet throughout the process. They handled our belongings carelessly, breaking multiple items and damaging furniture with scrapes and chips. When unloading at the new place, they failed to organize anything, making the experience even more chaotic.

I had an excellent experience with the crew moving my hot tub. Brakin, Oakland, Steven, and TJ were professional, hardworking, and handled everything with great care. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful move look easy. Their teamwork and positive attitudes really stood out, and they took the time to ensure the hot tub was placed exactly where I wanted it.

I would very highly recommend this company. They took the time to pad our door frames to ensure no damage would be done, and laid down a walkway so they would leave dirt throughout our house. They worked quickly and efficiently to get everything in their designated spots and went the extra mile to help with assembly of bed frames and our couch. They were very professional and there were zero hidden fees. We would definitely hire them again in the future!
