My wife and I are moving to Texas and she asked around on what local moving company to use with good reviews and she landed on Atmosphere Movers. They came by our home and gave us a quote and told us that we would need two 16 foot PODS storage units since we ordered one 16’ & one 8’. So we contacted PODS and changed our order.
Atmosphere Movers DID NOT transport their items. Under our regulations and rules given by the state and fed “cross state line” we are not responsible for damages. We can’t and legally are not to beheld accountable for loading damaged items and or items damaged During transportation if they are not…
I moved in May they had three employees for the move. They started moving and rapping a few things then they stop rapping and just started loading the truck. They also for got there tools i loan them mine which I did not get back. They damaged my sofas,brand new washer,Dryer and a few other items. They were also falling all over the furniture. The manager said they were not responsible for the damage but he said he would refund me $200.00 to fix my things rea

!!! STOP !!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There is a woman that works here packing customers houses. She has a really super bad attitude. When phoning to inform the person at Atmosphere of her bad attitude, he was not really concerned. As I started telling everyone about our very bad experience with Atmosphere, I started hearing from people how they had heard Atmosphere is a bad moving company and/or they had a bad experience.
We can’t help remedy this situation unless we have your case number to reach out to you about the situation. We encourage our clients to provide us feedback. We have not heard from any clients concerning this situation so this could be spam, an ex-employee.
Multiple items were broken. Two pieces of furniture was damaged at the bottom. An heirloom shelf was broken & embroidery machine had a piece broken off. I do not recommend this company.

The movers were prompt, efficient and very polite. They worked as a team to quickly get the contents of my house into their truck. The team was very accommodating and most helpful. Once at my new home, packed boxes were placed in designated locations within the house. The large items such as beds were reassembled with care and efficiency. I kept the guys supplied in cold water which they truly appreciated. Professionalism and satisfying the customer were realized goals.

This company moved me twice in the last year. Both times, they staffed my move perfectly, and the men were very careful with my belongings. The office staff is attentive, friendly and responsive. I was very pleased with my moves.

Moving can be stressful. I know because we've made 3 moves in the past 6 years. Each time we hired movers. Each time we wondered if they would respect our furniture and belongings. After looking into Atmosphere and speaking with them, we had a feeling that they would. That proved to be the case. We submitted our inventory and received a mid-range quote for the move. They answered any questions that we had. Three men arrived at our door at the time that was promised.
