They were nice to my face. Broke new sofabed legs. Broke bed frame screws. Lost weightbar weight. Lied to my face saying sofa leg was previously broken. It was new. Will never use these movers again. UPDATE: They did replace the sofabed leg that they broke, but they can't go back and unscratch my furniture or everything else they screwed up on. Also, I am constantly being begged to take down this review. I wonder how many other bad reviews on here were begged to be taken down and how many actually were.
Kristy nice quote at the end there and we agree! Nice profile pic! That model actually retired with VS this year. On to a serious matter- We apologize about your damages. We expect employees to treat our customers belongings the way they would want theirs to be taken care of.
We used them for our move to Dallas it was absolutely terrible. They broke, scratched, and damaged over 75% of the items. Cracked a flat screen TV, ruined a $1000 painting and almost every piece of furniture was damaged. The owners was aweful insisting that I pay him immediately then he would refund me for the damage. I would not agree until I had a chance to document all the damage. Terrible experience; do not use. Nothing was wrapped and our property was siverely damaged. Do not use no matter how cheap..
Mrs. Adams, sorry about your distress as we’ve said before in all of the negative reviews you’ve submitted for our company. Your move was not cheap. Our owner called several times spread out over days to communicate with you.

I contacted Atmosphere for a quotation on my move. They were quick to respond and to give me a good feeling about their service. We agreed on a date for packing and the move. There was a team of packers who arrived on time and did a beautiful job of packing everything in an efficient and careful manner. They were a pleasure to work with and answered my questions about the move. The team arrived with the moving van and they were excellent in handling my possessions.

My partner and I moved in together and I was so nervous waiting for the movers to arrive just making sure that everything was easy for them pick up but as soon as they came they handled EVERYTHING! The bedframe, hutch, the bookcase...these guys took care of it all. If you are moving THIS IS THE COMPANY to go with...they accepted all of my changes to the invoice with no problem and reasonable pricing...2 homes and all its contents were loaded into a truck and unloaded at the new place and all i had to do was point…

We had a local move and from the moment we contacted Atmosphere Movers, each and everyone was responsive, polite, respectful and cared about our move. Jeremy, Austin and Cody were the best and fun movers on the day we moved. Can't say enough about their service and making this move so easy and hassle free for us. Would recommend them over and over again!

This was the best moving company I’ve ever used!! If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Todd and the office staff were great. They made me feel comfortable, even when I didn’t know where I was moving to. Very, very helpful and professional! I love the fact that there is a flat rate, not hourly, so you know exactly what you’re paying before and after the move. There were no hidden fees and what they quoted is exactly what they charged, nothing more. Their prices are very reasonable and I was very pleased.
