What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Helpful management! Lovisa is a treasure! Clean, well-lit, easily accessible. Security. Professional management. That was a few months ago and I still stand by it—-however, I just found out that Lovisa is moving up and we will have a new friend in the office. Randi seemed very nice and if she is trained by Visa then we are all set. High recommendations for this well run, secure storage facility!
Hi Lauree, thank you so much for your positive comments about Available Self Storage! If you ever need anything else from us, please feel free to give us a call or stop by. Have an awesome day!
Very quick and easy, purchasing process, and very helpful and understanding of personal situations
Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
I have used Available self storage off and on for the past 15 years. Their climate controll units are very nice. I think the location is the best, easy to get to and private. I thought I was locked in the other night and had to call the number, thinking no one would return my call at 930pm but , within minutes I had a call from Visa and she explained I had not pulled up to the gate far enough. She was most helpful and took care of my account over the phone.
Your recommendation means so much to us and we're so happy to have earned it. Thank you for taking the time to let the world know about your positive experience. Have a great day!
I can not speak highly enough about the manager of this facility and/or the one they have in Saraland as well. Tia is absolutely remarkable and really raises the standard in customer service! She will just brighten your entire day every time you speak with her. 10 stars. Highly recommend to everyone! And to whom it may concern, you should know what an extraordinary employee you are blessed with! Good help is hard to find! You have a treasure!
Rebecca Anderson, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review!
