i wouldnt recommend living here, currently on year two with my mother and sure it was decent at first, the homes are semi nice, some of the people are friendly, whatever. i still wouldnt live here unless you were on your own and wouldnt need anything from them. safety and the maintenance is probably my two biggest concerns, whenever it storms i get this wave of panic that i never got before living here and maybe its me being paranoid but generally the houses arent the safest and ive seen others complain about it…

Read the reviews. Their focus is getting as many houses in here as possible and selling them. They are a house dealer. Not a community. Maintenance is a joke. It takes months for even the simplest tasks to get done. They crammed a house next to us and the company they hired to do it destroyed my yard, garden and outdoor furniture and they act like it’s just part of the development.

I had previously put a 5 star rating when we first moved in and for the first couple years it was great, but now we’ve gotten new neighbors within the last year and they’re loud/ disruptive and allow their animal to run around outside, which comes into our yard and breaks my bird feeder by going after the birds to where I had to relocate it. Their children are constantly running through our cars/ yard to chase and scream at their friends right out side our windows even late at night.

Do NOT move in here!! I have lived here about 2 years and this place does NOT care about their residents. I’ve had AC/ducting issues (upon many other issues) since I moved in. They will not fix it. They word for word told me that it’s “just not as cool/as warm as you’d like” NO!! It is the same temperature inside my home that it is outside and right now the weather reports “extreme heat conditions” so obviously the temperature of my home is NOT okay! I also have medical issues that this heat is making worse.

I am really upset I chose to move here. It’s always something with this place. Tall it really boils down to is the manager Marissa sucks. She said I have to pay $55 to get a spout & sprayer because it’s considered a cosmetic upgrade but that’s what originally was there when I moved in. Maintenance removed the sprayer when replacing the spout due to there being no water pressure. How does it make sense to charge me $55 for something that was originally there that I didn’t approve the removal of.

If I could move I would not even a year in the new place that is a mess no heat in bathroom because there is nothing but the outside from vent and the whole bathroom floor is rotted, tub doesn’t work and vehicles have been towed twice for no reason they have stupid rules. They will tow you just to tow you. I have video proof that there was no reason to Tow. There nice and helpful till they get you in then they can’t return calls! Cats everywhere, dogs out no leash and no one picks up there dogs 💩.

Things to expect if you move in here: 1. Electrical bills of 400$ on heating season due to bad insulation in your home. 2. Poor maintenance so expect holes on the wall for months, water leaks, roof leaks, etc. 3. If you leave, even though they will keep your deposit, they will put you in collection for as little as 300$ instead of contacting you if you own any money. Bottom Line: Seriously think twice before you move with this people.

Place is a joke office disregards repairs that are needed in the home that have been present since we moved in, disregards the request to wear mask and protective equipment in homes to prevent spread of illness! And the golden key rule is the dumbest thing ever they come in your home take pictures of all your stuff! If I could give negative star review i would cause this place has definitely earned it!
