We are sorry for any convenience this caused you or your family. Our trucks full can weigh up to 26000 lbs. Based on a visual inspection of the bridge we felt that it was unsafe for our truck to drive over. We chose to error on the side of safety in this scenario.
Very unprofessional, they use strong language and they look raggedy. Strongly advise you to use someone else. Also very over priced.

Grant absolutely blindsided me, leaving me without movers two days before my move, on the last day of my rent. Signed a contract, asked multiple times if it was confirmed, even emailed, and was told I had to confirm "one last time." Zero follow-up from the guy. I have literally never had such a terrible experience with a company. These guys are not professional. I still have no idea what I am going to do now that I have to move in two days. I guess I'll be carrying boxes and furniture myself somehow.

I had high hopes given the five star reviews. However, I waited over a week after filling a detailed moving detail of very single item online. The auto-generated email said “they will be in touch shortly”but I NEVER hear back on anything. When I finally called the Bloomington office, I was told to wait and was the phone was hang up during the wait in 1 min.

We were given an estimate of over $1500 to move some boxes and 7 pieces of furniture - beds we already would have disassembled- a few pieces of outdoor furniture 20 miles. They also said it would take three guys to move it which increased the hourly rate to over $200 an hour.

Dont ask these guys for help if you dont want to overpay! I inquired the cost to help load 2 beds, a mini fridge, and a small round dining table (no chairs) into a truck and unload it at my storage unit 3 miles away, and they quoted me $385.00!!!

And I do have to say they rolled in with an entire crew that I also need to acknowledge because they were very, very fast, very efficient, very professional, polite and handled everything with care as if they were moving their own stuff or dealing with their own family which me and my mother loved.
