Don't touch this business with a barge pole. The guy is an out and out con man; the most dishonest trader I ever dealt with in my 60 plus years and I have dealt with a lot of traders. He didn't stick to the quotes provided for removal and storage even though confirmed by email beforehand. He just charged what he liked and then threatened additional charges when I referred to the previous email agreements.

I did not receive my money's worth. They disappeared for 45 minutes to an hour. Claimed to get lost but I'm sure they went and grabbed lunch. The owner had already stated how familiar he was with the area I was moving to so he shouldn't have been missing for that long. Then only added 15 minutes back. The 2 things I needed done the most, which was my daybed being put together and my old mattresses getting rid of (which he offered to do), he didn't even do.

I called this company on a Tuesday to schedule a move on Saturday. I was told no less than 4 times by Wally that I would receive a confirmation call on Friday. I admittedly forgot to follow up when I did not hear from them on Friday morning and begin to worry Saturday morning when I had not heard from them. I began calling at 8 am. I called both their regular number and Google number MULTIPLE times, leaving messages on both lines and sent a text. I never heard from them.
We had emergency health issues with couple of our employees and was short of staff I understand the inconvenience that may have caused you if for any reason we do business again we will do a better job have a great day. Wale mgr.
Bad experience. Very unprofessional. If you need your things just moved but not cared for or the value preserved, then call this mover. Dont be deceived by these pictures, if you are an average residential move they are very careless with your items, no covers over your items at all not even this shrink wrap you see displayed! The owner will move slowly to milk the clock And then expect you to pay for his extended Timer.

That destroyed my baby grand piano. They did not use any equipment. Rolled it end over end and left it disassembled on its side, never came back. The keys fell out, scratches, cracks everywhere. I saw it all on my ring camera. They have no insurance and will not answer the phone. Thanks alot!
