Highly disappointed with the experience with Truck and I. They were initially very professional and we were referred from a trusted source, however during the actual move they sent an additional mover to the job without our consent to increase their hourly rate and threatened to call the police when we questioned them about their shady billing practices. They also did not deduct their lunch break from the final bill - they lied and said they got stuck in traffic.

Truck and I is supposed to be a luxury mover, which is why they charge $249/hr (plus fees). I received service no different (and actually worse) than an average, cheaper moving company in the Atlanta area. Their service from top to bottom is bad for the prices they charge. Lots of attitude problems. Lead foreman had an attitude and argued with me about hitting and scratching the walls of both my homes when moving things in. He literally argued with me after watching them hit walls constantly.
This company workers are not to be trusted at all they stolen multiple items while doing an eviction on our warehouse. Multiple alcohol bottles and cinematic camera were stolen when asks about the items the company insist they can't do anything about items missing.

This is the same review I posted on Yelp. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and they not follow through and complete the job appropriately. We've used this company 2x in the last 3 years. The first time they did fine. I mean we overpaid, but the job got done. This last time, the same crew showed up. I thought that would be a good thing, it wasn't. First they move incredibly slowly, for whatever reason it took longer to move less stuff into a space with easier access.
This is a review on a move that occurred back in December of 2021. Be mindful of using these guys for apartment/condo moves that don’t have a clear path to the moving truck or have limited parking for large moving trucks. It will take double the time to pack and move your belongings and you will be charged accordingly. I had a 1500 sq ft condo that was quoted for 4 hours for packing and loading, and it took 9 hours to complete. Also, some of the movers are creepers.

In their own words
Edwin and his team of four were very professional, methodical, and efficient. They inspected the furniture before they did anything else, and then they thoroughly wrapped and secured it. They were also courteous to our neighbors, which matters! They also cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be more pleased. Ours was not a typical move in that we just needed to get our furniture and belongings out while our unit is painted and new furniture is delivered.
Skip, thank you so much for the detailed review, it truly means a lot! Edwin and his team will be so pleased to hear this. Those are the standards we hold ourselves to on every job, no matter the size or scope.
Edit: We also used Truck and I to put most of our furniture in storage. They brought Big Vaults to pack everything into and even saved us money vs our quote. Truck and I helped us move from our home into a rental. They showed up on time, they were friendly and they were quicker than estimated. Edwin and his team were great to work with!
These guys were great! They had good communication throughout the process. They handled everything with care and were a dream to work with. We he price was quite reasonable and so much better than doing it ourselves!!

Truck and I moved us from a high rise condo to a single family home. We have always used Truck and I for our moving needs and were extremely pleased with them. They came and did a thorough estimate. We hired them and they sent four people to pack us - two of the ladies - Edith and Cecelia - had moved us before and remembered us. It was like family. They packed our items with care and finished exactly when they said they would. After the packing, it was time for the move out with Jonathan and his team of 9 guys.
