UNPROFESSIONAL!!! UNRELIABLE!!! If you NEED the moving company you hired to show up on the day you booked them for, look elsewhere. I booked an appointment, PAID the required Deposit, and was blown off. After repeated phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails. I never even heard anything from this UNPROFESSIONAL company until and hour and 36 minutes AFTER they missed the appointment window .

This company has great reviews and offers a great service. It was the reason I booked with them over a week ago. The owner is quick to communicate and keeps you informed along the way. Earlier this week, the owner told me that my move time would have to be moved back because one of their workers had an emergency. Not a problem as the new time actually worked out better.

If you value your belongings I would not recommend this company at all! Eboni and her 1 child crew showed up to my home on 10/28 a 1/2 hr late. Before she even came I explained to her that 2 items of my furniture would be replaced and to please be very careful with the dresser and leather sectional! I also pointed out all the damage that was on the furniture so we wouldn't have any issues on what was damage and what wasn't. Eboni even took pictures for her records.
At first everything was great with our experience. We noticed within our 24 hour period that our tv was scratched and made contact with Easy Moving. We were told there was an insurance claim on it and it would take some time. We have been asking what the status is and here we are over a year later and have not received a response after following up multiple times. EDIT TO ADD TO THE RESPONSE: We do have the right moving company, we moved from GA to TX. My husband and I have the emails to back it up.

Their price was what attracted me to their service but it was not worth it in the end. The movers worked so slowly, using the truck lift to move 1 box at a time, which could have easily been lifted off the truck by hand. The worst thing was they broke an antique table that had been in my family for 2 generations and did not follow through with insurance claims - I received no recompense for the broken furniture.

Absolute pleasure to work with. It was such a unique experience to watch someone who is on an hourly contract literally run up and down the stairs to my apartment to move stuff faster. They handled everything we threw at them with speed, efficiency, and care. The truck was perfectly packed - I could hear the team deliberating about where to put stuff and what was left the entire time the move was going on. They wrapped all of our furniture items in protective wrapping even though we didn’t ask them to.

From the initial booking all the way to the final destination setup was top tier! Eboni is literally a sweetheart and extremely pleasant to work with.. she stayed in communication when she and her team were in route, she provided all the essentials needed & wrapped my items & furniture with care. Her team quickly moved evrything needed, disassembled my bed from the old place and moved everything back in and reassembled my furniture all within a couple of hours into the new place.

Amazing movers! Eboni and her team at Easy Moving Services were so professional and so kind. They paid attention to every detail during my move. I had a lot of things to move in a tight timeframe. They arranged all of my items so logically in my new space, so I would have an easy time unpacking my boxes. They were careful with my fragile items, mirrors and artwork. They even helped reinforce a desk that hadn’t been originally assembled properly (many years ago) – that’s above and beyond.
