They left tools at both locations, I was charged unproportionally and ridiculously to the amount of furniture moved, they rushed us so they can get home earlier. They also broke one of my chairs, and didn’t have a single screw to help fix the issue. So now I have a broken chair. Was not a great experience. The two movers themselves were kind and timely, no issues there.

I scheduled a local labor-only move about 10 days in advance to have a crew load my PODS container—no moving truck was needed. I was quoted $670 for two hours or $1,100 for four hours. After discussing the pricing, my wife and I felt the cost was higher than we were comfortable paying for a labor-only service, so we decided to cancel. I called back the very next morning—less than 24 hours after booking and still more than a week before the scheduled move—to cancel the reservation.

Adam and crew just moved us from East of Rogers to East of Tulsa. First thing to say is they are great guys...but a little disorganized. They all worked hard, and got us packed and moved. Nothing broken and nothing damaged. They showed up on time. My only suggestion would be to put someone in charge and pay attention to details. After walking through the house and pointing out several things that had been missed...they still failed to get them packed and loaded. Not a big deal and I'd certainly use them again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! The moving company I had booked canceled on me the morning of our move. In a panic, I searched Google for local moving companies, found B2 Moving, and called. Seth answered the phone, listened to what had happened, and somehow made magic happen. Within two hours, he had two trucks and six guys, including himself, at our house. They packed and loaded everything in about five hours. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this team.

We made the horrible decision of hiring movers a month before moving that didn’t show up the morning of the move. We called and got someone in Tulsa that told us they closed the Bentonville office the day before and could not help us. Panicked we called B2, we had to be out of our house that day! Within an hour of the call they rounded up 2 trucks and an amazing crew that had the trucks packed within 6 hours! They delivered the next morning and unpacked.
