I got charged $700 more than what was quoted. It took them 3 hours to load my stuff because they were so high that they couldn't work efficient. The move was from Arkansas to Kansas City. When unloading, they moved all the boxes first which took up all the space leaving no room for furniture or to walk around. But that's when they were in a rush to get it done because it was late. It was late because they showed up 2 hours late. I do not recommend this company if you are a female.

First/main issue was Dave. Dave gave me an estimate and stated that his team from Joplin would meet me at the pickup location. We went over what I had and i will admit there did end up being more than I thought. The estimate given by Dave included 8-10 hours of work, so there was flexibility in cost. I understood this. The movers then came and one began to complain about the amount of things almost immediately. I told him that it was fine if it’s a lot and to only take what they could and I will take the rest.

I can’t even begin to tell you what an awful experience it was! Originally told us they would be out at 11am. Called to tell us running behind will be there between 12-1 then didn’t show! When we called they said 3:30. When that rolls around no show no call! Finally get a hold of them and they said they would discount a whole 10 percent if we waited til next day. Meanwhile have been not able to do anything all day. The worker not the owner ends up telling us they have another company coming out in 45 minutes.
