We have been renting a unit here for little under a year. Due to lack of better options at the moment. 1: Dirty needles and other paraphernalia and trash laying around. I informed Grant in the office and acted strangely nonchalant about picking it up. Yuck.. 2: Our unit has been broken into !! Awesome.. 3: I thought it was 24 hour access and when trying to leave around midnight we couldn't get out ?! Grant called the next day saying someone was trying to break in ... nope just us trying to leave.

DONT RENT HERE UNTIL GRANT IS GONE!! I have multiple units here that I started renting 4 years ago. Never had any problems until Grant began living on the premises about a year ago. Don't be fooled by the reviews. Grant discounts fees in exchange for good reviews mentioning his name. I know 7 other lessees that are less than saticfied with Grant's unprofessional conduct and the poor manner in which he conducts business.

My belongings were stolen and somebody knew enough to not damage the unit because that’s the only thing insurance covers, my lock was intact so someone knew how to get in unnoticed. Do NOT recommend!

This is such a great place the manager Issac is so kind and really does a great job he goes above and beyond to work with you. Very clean storage facility. DO NOT RENT HERE was burglarized twice in 3 years the second time the thieves cleared out 8 units in the same hallway. We couldn't afford to relocate our remaining belongings after the first burglary. I'll regret that until the day I die. Management didn't care. Security was super lax. Multiple broken lights and security cameras.

It's been very beneficial and I intend to keep the unit for a while. Edit: changed from 5 stars to 1. The insane price increases over short periods of time have absolutely ruined my opinion of these facilities. Do not use them unless you are CERTAIN you can stop using them in a moments notice.

I’m Giving this storage facility 2 stars for the fact in one year they raised my storage rent 3 times. The last two rent raises were just since January 2026. The manager seems wonderful, overall the experience has been pleasant besides the ridiculous rent increases.

Beware… Good start up prices but raised monthly fee twice in last 6 months. Started at $50 now has gone up to $75. They also tried to get an additional $14 per month for insurance. Too greedy for me. You have been warned!
