This store was fine in the beginning. Over the past year I've spent 25,000 on furniture for my home. I purchased a 3000$ mattress that they recommend based on my health needs. Unfortunately I did not like it , it was way too firm and hurt every time I slept on it. They refused to do anything about saying I was stuck with it. They NEVER mentioned they had no comfort guarantee. They were EXTREMELY rude. I will never shop there again. I advise anyone to avoid them.
I bought two living room lamps. About a year later one worked only after flashing each time I turned it on. Then I bought a couch and love seat. I was told they would stand up to my dog. Before they were half paid for the leather broke …
Hi Sharon! I'm sorry you're not happy with your purchase. We did send the pictures we took when we inspected your sofa to the manufacturer and they deemed it to be animal abuse, which is not covered under their warranty.
I purchased a 2 larger cushions Natuzzi sofa from Bartlett Home Furnishings. Within 2 months the side my husband used had a nice sinkhole in it. They took it out for repair twice. The first time it came back—they had put a new cushion on it. It was big and puffy and the cushion seams did not align with the original side—but the new cushion was nice and firm. The repair guy came back and looked at it again and said he could re-align the new cushion so it would match the original side cushion.
I have not made any purchasesfrom this store. See Mrs. Melbourne she was attentive. Be prepared to empty your discretionary account if you plan on shopping here for your home furnishings needs. I would recommend comparison shopping and watching the prices of the item or items and waiting on those holiday sales.

If you’re looking for beautiful, high-quality furniture that will last for years, I cannot recommend Bartlett Home Furnishings highly enough. Easy process with helpful staff. High quality pieces. Good variety of furniture and price points. I loved being able to see and try out the floor models and be guided through the customization choices. Delivery men were very conscientious and took great care.
