Company did not execute my move with professionalism or create a smooth transition for me as advertised. They were an hour late at arrival time. We were doing a 7 hour relocation. About 45 minutes out from the destination, I texted the guys to make sure they were okay. They replied back yes and they would see me in the morning.. which surprised me.

Terrible experience. I’m not the write a review on Google type.. but if you are one that reads reviews before doing things like hiring a moving company before a long-distance move then we are wired the same. I hope this helps someone looking to make a big, long-distance move decision on picking a mover. It’s tough finding honest quality reviews. I would like to give a more accurate picture of this company AS OPPOSED to the (I assume) fake reviews that I read.
After unpacking found Several Items missing that I witnessed employee packed I've made several calls concerning this issue and was given No solution to this problem only told they would check cameras and call me back.No wonder employee quoted he runs into a lot of nice stuff I'm sure like mine.I paid over $1000.00 plus over $90.00 deposit for my 1bedroom move.I even tipped the pair $40.00 only to have items missing No taken.I suggest Pack your on boxes and keep watch over them because you will be missing items and…

Ruined my furniture and halfway put my bed back together. Was working really slow and over charged me. Head Guy had a bad attitude. I wish I could’ve given 5 stars but Counrty Club Moving Co. in Collierville is selective on who they’re going to be fair with without saying so much.

Incompetent office staff. I wish I could review the moving service, but the office staff failed to schedule moving on our agreed date. We took off work to meet them, called to verify they were coming, and then we were told that our move was only "pencilled-in". Hopefully this clerical error doesnt cause us to lose our house closing.
Not a very good company when it comes to customer service they did not contact me when someone showed up to tell them to take my furniture to a different location. And they billed me 4 an extra 2 hours. trust me I will not be going back to them again

Very very very very very very very horrible. Please don’t waste your money. It will take them 8 hours to do the job. I have pictures of the guy stopping to eat. They didn’t put my furniture back together. I helped them and it still took 8 hours.

Country Club Moving has moved me several times personally, and also has moved my business Children's Ballet Theater. They worked tirelessly to get things moved out and up a flight of stairs quickly and carefully. I am very impressed with how friendly they are and how trustworthy. Highly recommend!
I will never forget our moving this past January 15th, 2024. When Patrick and Nick arrived at our door we were pleasantly surprised because a snowstorm had just begun and there were already 3" of snow on the ground and it was coming down miserably, up to a horrible amount of at least 6". Patrick and Nick worked for 7 1/2 hours without complaining and I know that at the end of the day, they were exhausted because our household was huge for 2 people (one worker did not show up due to the inclement weather).
