My salesman was great! Quick and efficient. However, he was new and missed some important sale pricing deals amounting to about $900. When I called to have the corrections made now my delivery is delayed. This is an inconvenience I don't need to deal with right now as the delivery date is time sensitive in this case. Make sure and ask for an experienced salesperson. And it gets worse. I purchased $7K of furniture for my wife who has Alzheimer's disease. Now the furniture is scheduled to arrive on a FRIDAY.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! FULL SCAM ARTISTS!!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. FROM RUDE SALES ASSOCIATES TO DISRESPECTFUL DELIVERY ASSOCIATES. THEY DIDNT CARE OF OUR CONCERNS. WE HAD TO TELL THEM DO NOT DELIVER THE FURNITURE AND THEY DIDNT CARE. CAME UP THERE TO HAVE THEM TRY AND KEEP THEIR SALE AND THEY DIDNT CARE EITHER. WASTE OF 2 MONTHS WAIT TIME ON THIS.. AGAIN.... I bought 2 leather reclining couches over 3900.00 also bought that $500. warranty! Both not worth the paper it's on. I've bought leather couches before and have one in my sunroom. No peeling at all but this is peeling already , sorry can't get anyone to look at it even to tell me if it can be corrected. Spoke to managers everyone just to find out what I can do. I love my couches but they are of cheap quality.

They bought the company I originally purchased from and had all my sales records. However, when it came to warranty they said they were a different company and did very little to help. It is terrible to hide behind company name changes or buy outs and not help the customers who’s records and histories you purchased. Same building, same people, different name. Bogus.

This is the worst company to deal with our service it about nothing with this company they dont pay attention to the order to come out before they leave the warehouse it crazy who going to deliver without checking and makesure everything is there's before you come out this company to big to make mistakes

We went in yesterday ( first time ) and we were met at the door by Bryan. We'd been "shark attacked" at EVERY place We'd walked into and after maybe 10 minutes just left. Bryan asked what we were looking for , we explained and he said he'd give us an idea of where things were and let us be. Honestly from past experiences we didn't believe it.
