**★☆☆☆☆** Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I scheduled unloading and furniture assembly services well in advance, and we agreed on a specific arrival time. The crew arrived approximately **1.5 hours late**, and I only received an apology after I called to ask where they were. There was no proactive communication letting me know they would be delayed. The original plan was to unload my POD and assemble a king-size bed, queen-size bed, dining table and chairs, TV stand, and **two dressers**.
Do not trust this company to take ownership when they damage your property while moving! I don’t know how they received five stars! It’s ashame that a single mom hired them to mover her and her son and they take advantage in not replacing the item they broke! Be careful!
I had an issue with a tech that was supposed to assemble my children’s bed. I’m glad that didn’t work out, because it led me to this business. I am so grateful! Punctual, professional, and had their bunk beds together in no time. I cannot wait to get more furniture in so that I can use Rick’s services again! The smile on my little ones’ faces was everything. Five stars and I truly recommend ! Update: this bed was rushed being put together and it shows from the zip ties and the loosening/falling panel pieces.
Absolutely disappointed with Rick’s Carrier Moving. Communication was poor, timing was unorganized, and the overall experience felt stressful instead of helpful. Items were not handled with the level of care you’d expect from a moving …

I had an excellent experience with Rick’s Carrier Moving! Mr. Ricks was very responsive and professional from start to finish. They traveled out of state to move me from my apartment into my new home, and the entire process was smooth and saved me a ton of stress. They disassembled some furniture and handled everything with care and made sure items were protected during both loading and unloading. They also worked very efficiently without making me feel rushed, which made such a big difference on moving day.
Rick’s Moving did an awesome job! The team was extremely professional, punctual, and handled my belongings with care from start to finish. They worked efficiently and made the entire moving process stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional moving company, I highly recommend Rick’s Carrier Moving.
