My friends and family are being harassed by the owner via messaging about a dispute with another family member. Completely unprofessional, payment matters are to be handled directly with the client. To demand payment AND a tip from strangers who have nothing to do with the service is unacceptable. And the expectation of a tip after cursing out your client, damaging her things, and prolonging the move with inefficient moving processes is audacious at best.
Totally false. The last communication I had with customer was my attempt to get payment after she sped away from storage unit like a criminal without paying. “Do you believe that,” I gasped to my helper after she zoomed off. It’s almost comical. Oh well.

I’ve moved many times over the years & Bauman’s is easily one of the best. Scott & Don were a great team to work with- prompt, friendly & most importantly efficient. They were careful with my family pieces. The price was very reasonable & they were super flexible when it turned out a second run was needed. I’m happy to recommend them for your moving needs. Just don’t have too many boxes or Don will complain ( kidding!! LOL)

Wow. I called them last minute after having such a difficult time finding someone to help us get a couch. They came in a couple hours and were so polite, to the point, and efficient. Their prices are super reasonable and they are very responsive. I would definitely use them again!

Cannot stress enough how amazing both Scott and Don were. They were great about moving and being careful with everything, even the really heavy and easy to fall on ya Purple beds me and my roommate had. Even afterwards they made sure everything was good and the way we wanted as well as no damaged before calling the job done. Don was the power-man we all needed as he was trucking through and lifting it all like a champ.
