Dropped my tv and broke it and didn't say anything I'm missing something I crochet after my dad died my blanket gone these people steel from people do not trust them they still won't fix my tv
Unfortunately, the customers late night phone call seemed to be while she was either intoxicated or under the influence of something, because it was almost inaudible. After attempting to call her the next morning to make sense of things, I was only able to leave a message for her to get back to me…
After reading reviews, I expected to have no issues. However, very disappointed in my brief experience with Deacon at Moveco. The original details/estimate changed when I called back to actually schedule the move which gave me an uncomfortable vibe. He proved to be very unprofessional when I left a voicemail to cancel and he texted me back a rude response. I caution anyone who is considering doing business with Deacon/Moveco and do not recommend at all.
*NOTE: No services were performed for this individual. The review was based on an inquiry of rates, and charges, and availability for a upcoming weekend move. After the rates and details were fully discussed (after an alleged uncomfortable vibe), they proceeded to secure the moving day.

In their own words
This was the 2nd time I used Moveco to help me move and they are great movers. They arrived on time and moved all of my things quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived in one piece, not one thing broken or damaged. Very friendly guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a fair price.
We moved a 26ft loaded U Haul from CT and had Moveco unload for us. What we hadn’t realized was that our truck had been loaded poorly —-during the drive, many things shifted and fell over. Additionally, we had switched from a 20ft truck to a 26ft truck at the last minute, completely forgetting to let Moveco know so that they could adjust the time/quantity of movers. Yet even with all of these obstacles, Deacon and his team were able to quickly and carefully untangle the mess in the truck.
I agree with Janet B. that Moveco was a Godsend! I called Moveco on short notice and Deacon, the owner, answered and "coincidentally" was right across the street doing some shopping. He came over 15 minutes later and gave an onsite estimate with a very economical price. I didn't have to wait for a call back or make an appointment for the estimate, which was extremely convenient. They were able to move us a few days later. They arrived on time and finished within the estimated time.
I Recently moved out of state from Rochester down to North Carolina by renting an ABF trailer, I then hired Moveco to load my belongings into the trailer for me . These guys were amazing from start to finish . The owner was in continuous contact with me right up until the move date . They showed up on time ( actually a few minutes early ) , they were extremely efficient while still being friendly.
