DON'T USE THESE LIARS AND THIEVES! THEY ARE CROOKS! The movers stole my wife's cell phone! They also damaged an entertainment center and cabinet table. Their supervisor named 'Bob' tried to deny that the mover's stole my wife's phone (even though he wasn't there) when it was in plain sight and four witnesses saw it go missing when no one else touched it. The movers denied seeing it.

The WORST EVER MOVERS!!! Interior Moving moved me in 2010 to my new house 3 miles away and held my things in storage for 2 months. It was a complete nightmare. They double charged me for the move. They claim it was 2 moves even though it was all written out on quote it was going into storage and then to the new house. They would not move it until I gave them another check!!!! Many of my items were broken that I had very carefully packed. They were extremely rude. Never ever use this business!

Horrible company. Movers arrived 3 hours late. Only after that was I told I was on-call. Movers were reckless with my furniture. At one point swinging my golf clubs into my desk breaking them. Owner wouldn't return my calls. They took their time, taking multiple breaks and going to the store down the street. Charging me for all this time. USE SOMEONE ELSE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! First let me point out they DO NOT do background checks on their employees! I hired this company to simply load my items from my 3 bedroom home into my own moving van. I had asked them many times to use the moving pads and wrap (I supplied) so my furniture would not be damaged. To my surprise when I went to unload the truck they didn't do any of that so EVERY piece of furniture was damaged!!! The worst part of the entire experience, was that their movers are THIEFS!!!!

Absolutely awful experience! My wife was quoted 3 1/2 hours for our move over the phone. The movers showed up at 5 pm to start our move and we were told they would arrive between 11-1. The movers complained about the number of boxes and said that it would take significantly longer to move them and suggested that we move them ourselves later. I explained that this was not an option as we had to move everything out that day.

The move was first scheduled for 7am. I was notified the evening before about scheduling issues, and they would instead arrive late morning. They showed up at 3pm. Upon arrival, they strolled up to my 2nd floor apt without any blankets or dollies. By the time they actually started moving items, 30 minutes had passed since they first arrived. None of my items were wrapped in blankets before being hauled into the elevator/stairwell.

I was moving from one apartment into another apartment in the same complex. The 2 gentlemen arrived on time and gave me a quick rundown. I knew there was a 3 hour minimum, which I thought was too much for a 1 bedroom move. What I didn’t know is their travel time is deducted out of that 3 hours. So I actually had 2.5 hours... which I still thought was ample time for something that wasn’t even a 1 minute drive away. The 2 gentlemen asked me a lot of pointless and unnecessary questions and took lots of breaks.

Avoid these movers at all cost. I hired this local Rochester moving company to move my daughter into a 1 bedroom with loft apartment. We did all of the packing. The movers were to move her belongings from a house to her apartment. When I called to make the arrangements I was told it was a fairly easy quick move and that we had to pay the 3 hour minimum. I was planning on 6 hours total. They were so slow and took so many breaks that the total job took11.5 hours!
