RUN don't walk AWAY from this horrible business!! I moved cross country and it took over TWO MONTHS to get my belongings. Calls and emails went unanswered. It was blamed on COVID that they could not find a driver. When I FINALLY got my stuff TWO MONTHS later much was broken, packed poorly and items were missing. I have moved cross country several times and NEVER had such an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DID!!!

The crew was stealing from my father. One of them took the coins and hid the frame that they were in behind a mirror. We had to call the police because they started an argument with my father. They confessed and gave my father back his belongings. I would give zero stars if that was possible. Never again!!!!! On top of it they were expensive. Disgrace. Update: The mover that stole gave back my fathers belongings and was fired on the spot by the foreman. The moving company sent 2 new men to help the move.
I used them last year. I noticed several items missing. Up until now, the movers stole so many items from drill sets, crystal, clothes, globe, tote bags, flower pots, etc. Each time I look for something it's not here. My blood boils that they stole so many boxes and I tipped them a lot.

Are you sure you are reviewing the correct mover? We are Bay Shore Moving & Storage, Inc. located in Hauppauge, NY and we are an interstate agent for ATLAS Van Lines. In your review you state that we are an "Allied Van Lines partner" which is not true.
If I could rate this company with a zero star, I definitely would. Do not use Bayshore. I have never had a worse experience. Horrible customer service. Poor communication. Complete money racket. Thousands of $$$ of broken items. Fail.

On December 5, 2016 Bay Shore Moving & Storage moved the household goods of Stefan and Irene Korolczuk into storage. At the time of loading a 10 page detailed inventory of the items that were loaded onto the truck was completed by the moving crew and signed and acknowledged by Stefan Korolczuk.
