I would not recommend this moving company due to unexpected charges, poor communication, and issues with the estimating process. The movers themselves were hardworking and professional, but unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by the company’s handling of additional fees and poor customer service. When we received our estimate, we were not informed about certain charges that were later added, including travel fees from their facility to our old home and from our new home back to their facility.
Disappointing Experience After Previously Positive Ones I’ve used this moving company and the same salesman in the past, and everything went smoothly, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story. The salesman was unavailable and unresponsive, which was frustrating given my past experiences. The moving coordinator made multiple errors, and when I tried to escalate the issue, management didn’t take any responsibility.

It has been 6 months since the company moved us. We are missing several boxes. Phone calls to the office were met with assurances that they would look for our boxes. They have not responded. I would not recommend this company!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company employs deceptive practices resulting in several unexpected fees and expenses. We contacted Liberty and requested a full-pack move. We explicitly requested and discussed this during their consultation. We were therefore under the impression that the contract was for a full-pack move. On the day of the move, the movers indicated that they had not been booked for a full-pack move and did not have the necessary materials for this.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had moving with the help of Liberty Moving and Storage. Matt Sussman provided me with a thorough estimate when he visited my apartment and was very responsive to any questions I emailed him. Shannon Powers, my moving coordinator, was knowledgeable and also reassuring that all would go well and it did! I was moving from a third floor walkup apartment and the moving crew who showed up nice and early, Lester, Orlando and Stephen didn't seem to mind at all.

I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone for their move. They were top-notch from start to finish. The move estimator, coordinator, driver, and packing and delivery teams were all thorough, efficient, and professional. I cannot say enough about the excellent job that they did and how they made what is normally a difficult process very smooth and easy.

Gary the salesperson came to our home twice and neglected to add some things to manifest and gave us incorrect information regarding packing procedure of loose items in shed. When Sammy the driver arrives with his crew and noticed this he told me not to worry that he would wrap everything correctly and handle it at no charge. After a cross country move, I can confidently say Juan C. Salinas and his team exceeded every expectation.
