They broke my dresser, dinning table, my drawer. Very unprofessional. And in small print they give you penny for a pound damage. They charged extra fees on boxes and hourly delivery. Absolutely I was cheated by them didn’t get any damages
Review Maffucci Moving & Storage Maffucci Moving & Storage handled our interstate move in March 2023 and my wife and I are still feeling the negative effects 18 months later! Not only was all of our jewelry heisted at no reimbursement from Maffucci Moving & Storage but we recently learned that both of our Social Security Cards were also stolen by personnel from Maffucci Moving & Storage. In 18 months we haven't heard one word of explanation from Maffucci Moving & Storage.
My family used this company back in October. They initially did a great job, but once we started to unpack, precious items were missing. When we realized this, we called and the owner told us to call the police and leave a report with them instead of saying he would talk to his guys and look into the situation on his part. Extremely disappointed in the end. During such an exciting time in my family’s life, turned into feeling so violated without support from the owner. We did call the police and file a claim.
Moving was fast and easy but, this company will try to add on extra charges to your estimated bill. We wrapped most of our stuff in plastic and cardboard and made it easy for movers to come in and move stuff but they still tried to charge us extra for transportion time even though the move was done in less then the estimated time. They also didn't bring any moving blankets for my stuff even though the contract said they would which lead to scratches on one our bed frames.

Just booked them last week. They quoted a price and were very friendly. They showed up timely and did a good job. Issue was after when they raised bill by $600 and inflated the time. We agreed to travel time... they showed up half hour early and billed me.. took 45 minute lunch and billed me.. I was willing to pay the added two hour but they are simply FRAUD..

I highly recommend Bekins Maffucci Movers! The team of John B, M John, and Junior were prompt (actually early) courteous and professional. Even though it probably was considered a small move, they treated me with the utmost respect. All of my items were wrapped and arrived in perfect shape. I was able to delegate with ease. Brenda from the office was a doll! Aside from a minor disagreement with the manager (owner?) all went smoothly. Thanks to the team!!!

I selected Maffucci for my latest move because three years ago they did an incredible job of unloading the delivery truck from FL, a company that is also part of Belkin National Movers. They are the most conscientious group of both packers and delivery movers I have ever experienced. They arrived two hours early to secure a parking area near the service entrance and allay my concerns about every aspect of the move. All my furniture was positioned exactly as requested and each carton was accessible to me.

The crew showed up nice and early, took extra care of all our belongings packing up and loading. Any questionable items they asked before making any decisions, very courteous. Upon unpacking the truck at the new home they made sure everything was right where we envisioned it being and asked multiple times before leaving if there was anything else they could help move. I would highly recommend this company and their crew.
