Was told we would get a dedicated trailer. Instead, they loaded our furniture and boxes on 2 separate trucks. Then reconsolidated on to a Tractor trailer . When they deliver goods. My gun vault was sideways all in side shelves all fell apart with my rifles on top. All our boxes were marked what rooms they went into.

Our items were not delivered on time, and the customer support was appalling. There was no communication. Despite their promise to call, I had to phone daily for updates. My possessions arrived four days past the scheduled delivery window, and there was nothing I could do about their delay. We would have been taxed, nevertheless, if we had not been there during the window.
We have searched our system and found no record of us serving you. And this is definitely not how our company conducts business. You can feel free to send us a email at [email removed] We would be happy to guide you in anyway.
I used them for my move from Long Island to Florida. They were great packing everything up. They were courteous and professional. I had 120 boxes. Unfortunately, when unpacking, I found 1 box was missing. It was impossible to take the time to count boxes when they unloaded as it would’ve taken a tremendous amount of extra time. When I called them about the missing box, they said they searched and didn’t see any boxes left in their warehouse. They insisted I got them all.
This location's manager and employees are excellent. They told me they could not do much, but they were really helpful. I was informed that I will be contacted to talk about it. They called to explain why they were unable to take any action, not to engage in conversation. Corporate is absurd. They increased my cost from $137 to $212 with less than 30 days' notice after I had the unit for less than six months. They were growing full, and it was the only explanation. Watch out!

need to update my original 5 star. i reviewed how quiet they were before they finished. soon after i hit post a piece of furniture fell off the dolly and i didn’t notice ( i was in another room and also wasn’t told) that the closet trim …

Julio and his crew were outstanding. They arrived early, were extremely careful with all my furniture and possessions, and were very efficient. The crew worked non-stop for 8 hours. Moving is a nerve racking experience, but Julio and his crew made it stress free. These guys were the best!
