My items are completely damaged after the move and these guys said, they can reimburse based on the item weight instead of item value. My TV worth $1900 damaged and they are saying they will reimburse $30 for it. Worst service, I ever had. All my furniture is placed without dismantling and it’s broken during the move. I lost furniture worth $5000 and they said, they will reimburse $225 based on items weight. This is not the sales guy mentioned while booking the service.

Bellhops packed two of our televisions face down with items stacked on top of them (see photo). Not surprisingly, they were damaged and are no longer usable. Bellhops has not responded to any of my three messages to file a damage claim.

Donald and Ben are a phenomenal team. Very respectful of our time, our furniture and our home. They were personable and professional but extremely courteous and polite. They even had a great sense of humor. They made our transition seamless. I will let our other neighbors and friends know about this company but most importantly, we will hire them in the future. Outstanding service!!!
