This “service” was a BIG waste of money. Initially my husband and I were excited to learn that there was a service that could assist us in our relocation to Bend and could potentially offer more housing options than what we were finding on our own, unfortunately it felt pretty “scam-ish” immediately after paying. Melissa gave us a quick 15 minute phone call for our consultation (though advertised on the website as a 45-60 min consultation)..
Amy, We found you a house immediately and you got declined because you failed to mention that your husband had a drug felony. You paid us to find you a rental which we successfully did.
Beware, we were misled and eventually ghosted by this service. Gratefully we were able to secure a refund through paypal.

My family and I needed to find a home to rent in Bend on a very short timeline, with little to no knowledge of the area. An acquaintance had recommended Bend Relocation services to help us with our search, as we were in another state, and wouldn’t have time for a trip to tour properties on our own. We called Melissa, and she was able to very quickly ascertain our housing needs and preferences, and take us on property tours remotely, via FaceTime.
Melissa was responsive and really helpful on finding me a place to live for the second time. She work really hard on finding the right place for me, my fiancé and my puppy which in bend oregon is hard to find a place that allows dogs even tho Bend is supposedly pet friendly town 🤷🏽♂️. Having her help gave me all this different options with out having to constantly be on my phone/computer to find the latest post from property management companies and allowing me to focus on my day to day chores.
I cannot recommend working with Bend Relocation Services enough! A friend told us about their experience with Melissa and from the very start I knew we were in great hands. She found us a dream rental, in a dream location, under budget and within 2 weeks of our initial conversation. She took so much time to discuss our wish list and goals and ensured that she could find something we would love! It was seamless, we cannot thank you enough Melissa!
