The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 12 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 12 four and five star reviews we have read for Bend Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
I had a great experience with Bend Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. I appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Bend Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient storage solution. Thank you for the great service!
If you are looking for a clean, safe storage unit, Bend Storage has you covered. We live close to this business, so it made sense to check them out when we needed a new unit. They have so many options available to either scale up in size or downsize, we knew moving to another location would never be necessary. Also, the process of setting up our account and the price each month made this the most attractive offer in town for us.
Thank You for the google review. I’m glad that Bend Storage had the storage unit size you were looking for.
Our amazing Bend Storage expeience started with their excellect Customer Service and finished with a top notch facility for storing everything we need stored. I know that it's only a storage facility, but the communications, facility cleanliness and quality storage units need to be experienced by anyone in the market for self storage. Over the top great to work with and utilize.
Thank You for the google review. Appreciate the feedback that your experience at Bend Storage was great customer service.

If you’re looking for an affordable nice storage unit with great flexible people this is your place. There’s no extra charges or any hidden fees anywhere! Please give them a try!
