I used this company in August moved from a apartment to an storage unit, first off my apartment was thrown into the storage unit any type of way definitely not in a orderly fashion, I'm a women and seriously could not get anything out of the storage if i wanted to the way they threw my items in the unit was ridiculous i had some parts of my bunk beds in boxes other parts on the floor and furniture piled up on…

Worst moving company. The owner is arrogant and constantly mentioning how he has 1k or 2k jobs when he gave me the estimate of $620. He reminded me constantly that it was low. I was moving from one unit to the next in the same apartment complex. I didn’t come up with the amount he did. He puts his assistant on the phone just to not actually use the assistant, but to speak over him or take charge. He has a huge ego problem. Day of moving he had an employee that fainted and 2 movers were not enough. I said okay.

Throughout the move, the owner of this company yelled and cussed at his employee like he was a dog. Then, while busy trying to be angry at his employee, he broke some of my belongings. I asked him calmly and politely to please take it easy so he didn’t damage anything else. Instead, he turned into a tough guy and started telling me about how he “didn’t have to put up with that shit” and he’s “not the one” and all these different other silly things. I don’t recommend this company.

Red Flags appeared everywhere so I went with another company. The assistant was professional but the owner ("Q") was unbelievably rude & outrageous- mind you I found this company online, his rant was jaw dropping. He turned a possible business transaction into a personal attack and had the audacity to block me after his little immature rant. I hope he does better. And I'll leave it at that.

Polite, on time, very fair price and Mr Bendion and his team were able to move an extremely heavy washer dryer combo up three floors under tight conditions! 10/10 recommend! Do not hesitate to call.

Moving is always stressful, but they made the process so much easier and helped us start feeling settled in our new home right away. Everyone was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our belongings. They went above and beyond to keep things organized and make sure everything was placed where we wanted it.
