In their own words
Movers broke my window and they have done nothing about it. I keep calling and emailing and nothing has been done. Added bonus, the packers were openly rude to my mother and didn't wrap a lot of my stuff, I am still opening boxes with everything broken to include my computer. Update: They finally paid for my window but I had to stay on top of them and it delayed the sale of my house. The packers also stole from me so stay on top of your inventory sheets.

Our experience was extremely disappointing due to poor leadership, especially from Misty. Instead of professionally addressing our concerns, she argued with my husband, yelled at him, and even threatened to call the Air Force base to complain about him. My husband is retired after 24 years of honorable service, so the threat was both inappropriate and unnecessary. No customer should ever be treated this way.
Please, if you love your possessions, do not use this mover. Our move cost less than $6000 but damages have exceeded $10,000. I don't understand how a company can operate successfully with this business model. Funny, the only things not damaged were what we packed. Maybe we should start a company! STAY AWAY FROM ALLIED COLEMAN.
Terrible experience. Slow, inefficient movers who kept trying to pack things we previously told them not to pack. Took more breaks than actually worked and took three days for 6,500 lbs of HHGs. Packed our furniture on the concrete outside. Only "worked" from 9:30am-3pm. Would never use this company if the military didn't make me.
Horrible Experience and Service. Packers did not complete job and Corporate seems to have very little control over their employees. Hopefully Coleman Allied’s Human Resources and Claims Department are held accountable at a higher level and will come through and right this sinking ship.
Please don't use this company. They are the most unprofessional, unorganized moving company we have ever had (and being military we have used plenty). They sent a 19 and 20 year old (without a supervisor) to our house to pack our …
If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. The damage we received to our things is so upsetting and you can just tell that they were careless. I will never recommend this company to anyone if you value your items.
Clean and have scales, poor with doing mark ups on inventory they pick up. If you're picking up from here expect to rewrite the inventory sheets. Don't expect weight to be accurate.
