We have had the worst experience. We had 3 guys complete our job and 2 out of the 3 were not motivated. They broke our Dresser, Mattress, and now we have found that are living room sofas are broken. I have called Rob the manager 2 times, he finally called me back. He was suppose to come look at the broken furniture last Wednesday. Never showed up and never called. I have called back twice since and no response. I am disappointed that no one cares that they damaged countless things in the move.
I’m sorry for your bad experience. I spoke with our furniture repair guy several times about your dressers. He tried calling you multiple times and left messages with no repose from you. The dresser you stated as broken is a particle board … More
Terrible! Please take the time to read this review, as it may save you money. These people are not honest and are not a reputable business. I gave one star, but would like to give them negative five stars. PROBLEM 1: I asked the movers to take special care of one specific item. They damaged this one item! I asked them what happened and they gave me the run around - oh it's not our fault because x,y,z... I asked them to take pictures and make a claim.
On 25 May 2021, I had two movers move items from my home to a storage unit. The movers were very respectful and professional but I did have issues with the quality of work. The storage unit wasn’t packed appropriately leaving lots of spaces that could have had items or boxes. When I told them there was room they said they didn’t want to stack boxes too high, but there was definitely space. I’ve had 2 men and a truck move the same items into a storage unit for me with no problem.

I needed a gun safe moved but didn't actually have them move anything for me due to the excessive fees. $195 per hour for 3 movers and $145 to cover drive time is completely understandable. Where they lost me was the $200 handling fee and the $25 fee per step. Correct me if I'm wrong but your movers, handling things is what you do when your charging me by the hour and more steps means more time on the job.

The move honestly wasn't good. 2 movers, they took turns standing in the truck, there was always only one doing the moving. The whole process was about an two hours over what I paid another company to do 4 months before.. They were dragging their feet so bad I asked them the last 30 minutes to just leave the boxes in the garage and I would do the rest. Obviously would not use this company again.
This review was originally submitted in September 2022 as a positive review but was edited almost 4 years later. We have never encouraged our crews to offer an incentive for reviews, and if this had been brought to our attention at the time we would have jumped right on it.
Opened our storage sheds after our home was packed and moved post Hurricane Michael by Motivated Movers. Most of my pieces are scratched and damaged, the first two lamps I pulled out were broken. Hardwood floors I upstairs hallway were scratched badly when furniture was moved initially. Not professionals at all. Beware.

Great experience overall. Communication and scheduling was easy and efficient. The Lead Mover called and texted prior to arrival. The crew worked hard and were eager to help any way they could. Would definitely use them again.

Movers arrived on time, worked as a team, took great care of our items packing them for an uneventful safe trip. All items arrived just as they were at the start, were reassembled and placed with care, Best move I've ever had (at 80 I've had a lot of moves).
