Very rude people!!! I would not recommend using this place!!! They rudely hung up in my face!! And very unprofessional!!!
Just went to pick up supplies needed for a job. Can't get into building due to drive in doors being Inop. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I lost two days work last time due to being unable to get material in storage. Now, from …
Thought they were fairly good in the beginning. Now, I see them as crooks who, after four months, they arbitrarily raised the monthly payment by over 24%. I can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone! Two stars is generous.
They raised the rates after three months, I was told I could have 24/7 access, but they never fixed the garage door. I had to haul all of my stuff in and out a side door instead of being able to drive up.

They continue to raise unit prices WITH NO WORKING SECURITY GATE. I haven’t had to put in a code for at LEAST six months, maybe longer. Why am I paying so much for essentially no security?

Carla is always so helpful and responsive. We have two sheds and needed to consolidate to a bigger unit. See one available, she had new paperwork and prorated out partial month in 25 minutes! Great location with precessional service.

So happy about the Manager Carla. She has done a lot with this place in cleaning up the entire surrounding area. Very personable. Reasonable. And to the point. Great storage units to rent. Beautiful facility, well kept and they are still innovating it making it better for all the renters which is amazing!! Very tighty place ! Props to the lady that runs it Ms Carla. It’s the only place I feel secure keeping my belongings! :) recommending to friends and family that may need it !
