The rating breakdown
2 of the 24 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Benitez Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 24 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

They broke my table and scratched the walls. Didn’t even say sorry. Extremely unprofessional!! Would give them negative if I could
My daughter and I used the U haul app to make the truck reservations and services they offered, we selected this company to do 2 movers for 3 hours of work, to load and unload as the app said, well they were reserved for 10 30 am and did not show up till 11 05 am and then left at 1 35 pm and proceeded to ask for 85.00 cash to unload which is NOT WHAT IS SPECIFIED IN THE UHAUL APP, I have contacted Uhaul about this company and I am pursing further action, due to deceptive business practices.
We are not shady ma’am, we are a hardworking loyal company who provides the best service. We are a company from Edinburg Tx therefore your in Kingsville. We had a job prior to yours so therefore our arrival was 30min later than expected. I … More

In their own words
Efficient and easy to work with, and fair prices. I hired a moving company that didn't have a labor team at my starting point. The Benitez Movers team loaded the truck at the starting point. They arrived on time and efficiently completed the job. My one point of feedback would be a little more communication to confirm the details. Having the reassurance the day (or two) ahead of the job date would help ease the stress of the move.
Wow! These guys rock! I've used them twice and they have exceeded my expectations both times. Today I had Joe, Steve and Alex unload a 26' moving truck into our new house. These guys were incredibly fast and professional! They were very careful with the fragile items. I would use these guys again and highly recommend others to use them for your moving needs. Thank you Benitez Movers!!!
Benitez moving is phenomenal! I am working on a project where I need labor help across the country, doing the same job of unloading containers. Out of the 80+ moving crews I've used, they beat the record for fastest, best work and honest pricing. Loaded a 53" semi in under 2 hours.
Joey and his 2 workers were great. They were efficient at loading our moving truck and made the stress of moving much easier. They packed the truck so we’ll that even after driving 2100 miles, nothing got damaged. The value was incredible and the work ethic of the 3 guys was great. They wasted no time in the 2 hours they took to load up our truck. I would highly recommend Benitez Movers to anyone looking to have less stress in their moving experience.
