They were no call/no show to my move. I had to reach out to them and confirm if they were still going to show up. The only information I received is that a personal emergency came up and nobody will show up. They offered to come by the next day but that was going to cost me extra money to keep the truck, and they did not offer any type of discount for their lack of planning.
My move coordinator is Elizabeth, made tall promises but didn’t deliver day of the move. The movers caused significant property damage at the start, then just left without any explanation. The lady over the phone was pretending to be different people lol. She was highly combative. She covered the damage but didn’t provide replacement crew and had to hire other moving service last minute. Do not recommend

I'm letting you know that if you see my "excellent service" review, it's because they require it in exchange for a discount. I wrote it because they initially sounded very friendly. However, both the driver and the secretary, Alejandra, are rude and despotic. The service and customer treatment were terrible. I'm only giving one star because I need it to send the message. They don't deserve it.

I highly recommend Ferral Moving Company! Their pricing was extremely competitive, and the quality of service far exceeded my expectations. Joe and Alex were absolutely outstanding. They handled the unloading of my belongings with exceptional care and professionalism, making sure to protect my new home’s flooring, walls, doorways, and every surface throughout the entire move.
Abby Garcia is one of the best receptionist I’ve ever interacted with. She’s polite, understanding, attentive, and above all, extremely patient. I’m currently in the process of moving places and I called the company to help me move. Abby and I spoke for nearly 3 days going over logistics, I was asking thorough questions, and we finally settled for a day for the company to show up and help. However, because I wasn’t fully prepared on my end, I had to cancel the service.
