They charged me $1130 for a job they did not finish, they DAMAGED my furniture, they took apart my furniture and didn't build it back and tore my furniture, they did not load the furniture or boxes into the home instead just threw it in a garage (when it's just my Father who has a transplant and I). I brought all this to the owner with photo evidence and he had the audacity to still question the authenticity of my claim.
Id like my star back... So sad the experience I had nevertheless with my deposit came fraud and deception. I like Google to take a look at the reviews in to no longer allow people to search this company. Not only did I not get my deposit back but the subcontractors from ABC trucking came to my house and made a few notes on what look like to be a folder explaining that they were going to charge us more money.I probably have to leave another review to explain how horrible the situation is but first I'd like to say…
Sorry, but i do not understand what this has to do with our company.
I sat on this for a while before ever making a review. I've used their services three times. Two of the three were great. But the last one left a terrible experience that only leaves more trust issues with people or movers in general. I could understand if an item of a higher value was a target of theft leaving me to say " Good for you to pick out something of value to steal. " But a computer desk mat!

The absolute worst service imaginable. The one star is because they had a lot of availability and flexibility.. red flag. My service was scheduled for 3pm, I called at 2 to confirm and they confirmed. Then I called at 3:45pm because no one had showed up and they told me they had “called me 10 times” it is the worst when dealing with a company who lies.. then you don’t know where their values stand.
DO NOT USE!!! They will scam you at any turn they possibly can. Firstly I got quoted two different hourly prices. I disregarded that red flag(Shouldn't have). Then a change of plans happened and I just needed them to change the pick up spot …

We had an outstanding experience with this moving company during our transfer to our new facility. From the very beginning, their team was professional, dependable, organized, and extremely easy to work with. They helped make a major transition feel much more manageable by showing up prepared, staying available when we needed them, and handling every part of the move with care and attention to detail. What stood out the most was how far above and beyond they went throughout the entire process.
We hired Rick’s Moving to handle a full warehouse relocation over an incredibly tight weekend, and David, Raul, and their team absolutely saved the day. They worked with us on May 29th, 30th, and 31st, and from start to finish they embodied professionalism and top-tier customer service. These guys went above and beyond and really showcased why Rick’s Moving is one of the best moving companies in the Rio Grande Valley.
This was my second time using Rick’s Moving & Storage, and once again, they did an amazing job. Sergio and Arnold were professional, friendly, efficient, careful, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire move. I like to say Raul and David did such an excellent job!! they helped us extra on a desk that needed to have screwed we would highly recommend them again and to come back and move us to another suite soon very respectful and kind as well anyone looking for movers these guys are awesome so, if you are looking for movers I highly recommend Menendez financial
