This is the most horrendous service I've ever received. Last night, after I dropped off the truck at 7:41 pm, I took pictures and videos of the truck's condition, mileage, and gas level. This morning, they called me to say it was low on gas and that they were going to charge me an extra $27. When I arrived, I showed them pictures and videos, and they told me that wasn't their problem and that I had to pay them anyway. They said if I didn't like it, I should call customer service.

Greedy owners frequently raise the rent on the units for no reason. The storage buildings are all steel and super hot and dusty and tons of bugs and rats. They'll start you at a certain price and continuously raise the rent on you. I don't recommend this greedy business to anyone!

The truck rental prices are not what they advertise! And the covers they sale in the office do not work! They wouldn't credit me $3 for an item they sold me that didn't work! The staff clearly does not care about keeping their tenants! Storage units are okay but not worth the price!

Horrible customer service given by that lady in the front she tells you things without caring about the customer for her it's only the benefit of the store that she has in mind not the customer she forgets that if it wasn't for the customer she wouldn't even have a job

I had my things stored in this storage facility and huge rats got into my unit and ate through all my stuff!! The people who run the place should do pest control. It's not like the units are so cheap.

My family required a storage unit and Vanessa helped us obtain one quickly. The whole process took less than 15 minutes including setting up the payment, going over their rules and regulations, and being driven to the unit itself. The only issue we've encountered is the entryway being a little narrow due to U-Haul rentals partially blocking the entrance when we've gone to drop off items in the evening, but I assume they were dropped off outside of business hours.

I have rented both truck and trailers at this location and all I can say, with all honesty, is that it has all been a great experience. Starting with customer service that is top notch. I have dealt with both Gwen and Vanessa and they are both great help. They are both a great asset to this company. I will keep going back to this location and will highly recommend them to family and friends. Ladies, thank you for an awesome experience and keep up the great work!!!!
