I had blankets covered my Washer & Dryer from storage unit. And once there were done moving my items at my distination. I was missing my cover blankets and asked the moving company where are they. They said they had no idea. And I plan to use the company aga to move on Nov. 7, 2022 at 12pm. And they never showed up and cancelled my 12pm And they send me rhis text: My crew was at your home Aug 23rd and were being accused of stealing and were harrased so we will have to cancel this appointment company policy.
Made an appointment to come out and inspect what I was moving. Called them up and they forgot. Very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this company.
We apologize for the negative experience that you've encountered, however, we do not have any scheduled appointments for quotes nor home visits on our calandar. In addition, we always contact customers one day before to confirm upcoming appointments.
Beware. Company claims to have insurance but has refused to provide information in order to submit claim after damaging my furniture.

Albert was very professional and provided excellent service! I live in Portland, OR and researched several companies to find the best one to assist my mother with her move into a new apartment in Mcallen, TX. Albert communicated with me very well and allowed me to pay by phone. They moved everything quickly but carefully. Thank you Rock Star Moving Company!
I did not have an appointment with rockstar, called them at the last minute. They were very punctual and informative over the phone. Response time was awesome, I ended up getting a couple workers by the names of Jorge and Frank honestly I would recommend these guys to move anybody’s prized possessions - they were safe and efficient when it comes to covering up and wrapping up all the furniture prior to loading it on the truck, did not lose and tools/bolts/nuts, were very innovative on hauling furniture to the…
Rockstar moving co did a fantastic job. From the very first phone call to the owner Albert, to the day of moving they are professional. George and Omar helped move my stuff and took extra care in making sure that no furniture was damaged during the move. I was moving by myself and was apprehensive about having to deal with a shady moving company trying to get more money out of me. Rockstar movers were cordial, friendly and respectful.
I have used these guys 3 times already over the past couple of years. They do an amazing job and are extremely professional. Customer service is excellent and I am so grateful for their help. They are well organized and packed everything neatly and carefully. All of our items were wrapped for us and they even provided some boxes and ropes to secure our belongings. I have already recommended them to friends and family! When my husband and I got to Corpus some of the movers here at a local business helped us unload.
