Elisa from this office was extremely unprofessional. My she delayed my move, and then when the movers did deliver my stuff it was missing my television, hundreds of dollars worth of supplies for my dog, and my vacuum. They also got my name wrong a bunch. I can't recommend this service less. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Hi Sam, We understand the driver did locate and deliver the TV, dog supplies and vacuum. We apologize for what may seem like a delay but your goods were actually delivered on 6/29/21 a day earlier then the agreed delivery period 6/30/21 - 7/2/21.
We moved to our new place in Sep 2018. That was our first move between two states and I didn't have that much experience. I already recommend to all my friends to do not use this company doe moving, but honestly I'm not sure how other companies handle the moving process. I'm just sharing my experience so others can pay more attention to details. That can help them to have a better experience. Here is what I experienced and the the reasons behind my 1 star rate. 1. Packers do not care.
While the moving team was helpful and pleasant to work with, our overall customer service experience was disappointing and frustrating due to our case manager, Tara. We had a handful of items that never arrived with our move, notably a large Christmas tree. After filing our claim, the claims and support team said there was nothing that could be done because my wife signed the customer check off sheet once the move was completed.
We apologize for any inconvenience experienced during your move. We understand that moving can be a challenging and stressful time, especially with limited assistance on-site, which can make it difficult to track every item being delivered.
Nightmare on Weeks Blvd - DO NOT USE BERGER ALLIED!!! Go anywhere else!!!. This is our fourth time moving between states. This is the worst mover we have ever used. 23 items lost, broken or destroyed. Berger Allied moved us from Bedford Texas to Land O Lakes Florida. I would give zero stars but the review would not post! The packing personnel complained all day about the quantity of things to pack. As it was I had to move a pick up truck load of items left behind when I moved my 5th wheel trailer myself.
I would give negative stars if it were possible. This company is currently holding my things with out a solution to get them to me or any concern to my situation. They have missed the delivery window and can not provide an eta as to when they will have a resolution or be able to transport my things. No one even called to apologize, I just got a dear John email. Unacceptable, disrespectful, and disappointing to say the least.
Hi Jacquelyn, We are sorry for the delay on your relocation to Florida and per our conversations your items are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. We all know now the reason for the delay is due to Hurricane Ian.
Unfortunately using this company hasn’t been great. I’m giving two stars because the driver was excellent and the Dallas loading crew was awesome. Outside of that, it has been a major cluster! When the guy came out to do inventory of my home, he noted three things that would need special services to come out. I would need an 85” TV taken down and crated, I would need a large glass table top crated, and would need a treadmill disassembled.
It's been 2 years and 2 months since the move. I just located our roomba that was packed in a box labeled for my daughter's deep storage. I was just as excited when I located my music CDs after 11 months. Still somewhat mystified why they would wrap glass items that they broke. Seems somewhat dangerous to me. I am happy to report that I was able to sell our sectional that the movers were able to brake the legs/feet off of.
Greg, we sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your move, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. It's concerning to hear about the packing issues you encountered, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the labeling confusion.
My experience when it comes to Berger when moving is expect to be screwed by the salesman and be indebted to the truck driver. I have to start and say that our driver and the loading and unloading crews were amazing. They were more than helpful and were willing to help us with special, delicate items. Our driver was great, he kept us continuously informed about our move and where everything was and delivered ahead of schedule. Now, let's get to the business office side of things...a complete opposite experience.

I was skeptical initially that any moving company can have so many 5-star reviews but Berger Allied proved it. Ena, our move coordinator was very responsive and the packing crew and our driver Francisco all lived up to The Careful Movers motto. I’ve done three cross-country moves and this company was by far the most professional and had no breakage. The packing service was efficient and effective with a crew of four who took four hours to pack 72 boxes.
I had an outstanding experience with Miguel and his furniture delivery service. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and handled everything with great care. The furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition, and Miguel went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where it needed to be. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart.

Moving is already stressful, but it was such a pleasure working with Ronnie and Tara. I was able to get an in-state move in a week with a great price. Tara consistently checked in and updated me during the whole process. On moving day, I couldn’t have asked for a better moving crew with Donald, Jonathan & Mark. They were very professional, friendly, and attentive. The crew took care of my property with special care. I am very thankful to the Berger Allied crew. I walked away with a big smile on my face.
My wife and I have moved over 11 times (Intrastate and Interstate) and have used many companies over the years. However, by far, our best experience was this last move using Berger/Allied, or simply, Berger Moving and Storage. We were already under a tremendous amount of stress from selling and buying a home at the same time, and logistics are normally a nightmare. It was clear from the start; this team understood stress and certainly minimized the stress.
