Cheetah Moving

I used this company to move my belongings across the United States. It was an awful experience. It took them 4 weeks to get my belongings to me and when they did arrive I had broken items and lost items. I have filed claim for these items more then 6 months ago and never heard back after following up with them several times. When my stuff got to me there was other people's stuff in my truck that I paid for. I was asked if I wanted my stuff transported with others in my same direction and I said NO!!!!!

Over (700) 5 star reviews in just a few years? Thank reputation management because it isn't realistic. Great companies will have unhappy customers. It's the nature of the beast. I didn't realize items were missing until fully unpacked days later. By then it was too late. Contents of one tub held sentimental items I could have transported myself. Number every box/tote to ensure all are accounted for before the movers leave. Getting ready to move when they popped up in my search. Angry all over again!

Called to get a fish tank moved from the garage to the kitchen where my aquarium stand is. They said no problem we agreed on a pirce and they came out. 3 people showed up and they said they couldnt do it they will come back the following day with an extra person to get it done. No big deal, the next day they dont show up and i get a call saying they cant do it. So after going back and forth with them they want to tripple the price on me. Very unprofessional and wasted my time. I do not recommend!

Kareem did not show up on the day of my move in and only let us know 30 minutes before he was supposed to show up. It put me in a horrible situation as my move in was this day. It was physically exhausting and timely. We did not have movers or a truck. We will be billing him for chiropractic bills!

They quoted $460 to move my two-bedroom apartment, but it ended up costing $1,040. They also left some of my items behind, and I had to hire someone else to move the rest. Don’t use them—I do not recommend them!

So for starters they didnt move all the things that was supposed to moved. and cant say it was because it was not packed up as we only need them to move the heavy stuff like washer dryer ect ect. they didnt do that then i had to go run errands real fast and decided that i would run to store get them some drink for working hard and what not. well today was the first time i have been to the unit sense moving and it would appear that they just tossed all the stuff into the unit without a care in the world.

Update to owners response: I was given the tip back ($100) that was given to the movers before I realized all of the damage. Had I known the extent of the damage, not only would they of not gotten a tip but I also wouldn’t of paid without a resolution. I was still charged 100% for a move that caused damage. It seems like the company really doesn’t care. If this was your property, you would feel the same. This isn’t right. I had movers cancel and I found Cheetah movers from an ad they posted.

I used this company to relocate my business from Athens Texas to Fort Wort. Before it was all packed up I had to rent a uhale truck to make sure we got it all. I paid for the truck out of my pocket with no problem plus for the move that day in full over 2k$$ I was never offered any reimbursement. Hired them again 2 weeks later to move the items out of storage into my new place of business and was very upset after everything was put in place.
