Two Men and a Truck Moving

We received this service on September 1st. The initial consultation was very professional. Even the movers communicating and showing up on time was great. The issue arose after the movers were done. We noticed that items were broken and that some pieces were missing parts to them. I proceeded to inform the management (Mark) what happened. He responded back in a day or two stating that his operations manner (Tanner) would be calling. He called the following Thursday. I missed his call.

Upon arrival of the moving team the load estimation was the cost of the entire moved I was quoted by the office. After speaking with the interim site manager I was told I was given both quotes which they could not provide and I could afford the additional cost based on where I live and was moving to. I called on numerous occasions to verify move date and cost and was never communicated to about two different charges for loading and unloading.

I would never recommend anyone to ever use this company. I had an appointment for the movers to come and pack my apartment and they NO SHOWED! They called me at 4 p.m. to tell me they were running late and would be there at 7:30 p.m. At 8:10 p.m., I hadn't heard from them so I called and got their voicemail. I then called dispatch and he said he couldn't get a hold of them either and that nobody was coming to pack my apartment.

Movers showed up at 11 after being told we were the first move of day and would be around 8 am. Then when they showed up saw the stairs of the apt and immediately changed their mind and said it would be 2000$ to move a one bedroom apt on the 3rd floor after quoting 150$ per hr. ( which is already a higher price to accomadate the 3rd story makes sense ) So your telling me it’s gonna take over 13 hours to move a one bedroom apt with three guys?

I was rear ended by one of the company trucks. A police report was filed on site. We have continually reached out the company and they have not responded. The wreck was from the back, and the police have stated they are at fault. They refuse to follow up with our insurance causing us to have to file on our own. It is incredibly unprofessional. If they will allow their employees to have a wreck and not take responsibility, I would hate to see what they would do during an actual move.

Used to be repeat and loyal customer. I referred Two Men and a Truck to friends, family, and co workers to those in need of good service and movers. Literally five pieces of furniture that didn't fit my vehicle,fifteen miles, and two hours later I was charged over five hundred dollars. That's a rediculous amount that I did not agree to and never paid that much with this company. Never again

I used this company to move a few items into storage and I REGRET MY DECISION entirely. I was cheated and was told that I needed to pay for the time it takes for the movers to make it back to the facility. I literally mapped the address from the unload site, and it was 7 mins away. I was charged for almost a full hour, which is $150 per hour, and told it would take them 45 mins to return. I literally paid them $100 for nothing.

They charge an additional $180 for a location a few miles outside of the Fort Worth area. I told the lady booking, it was an unreasonable price and that I was not going to book and she hung up on me. In response to the reply: You have the right to charge what you want and I have the right to give my opinion regarding the pricing. I was not confused at all. I only mentioned this to give background on what lead to the REAL issue.
