This moving company caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a complete lack of trust, exactly what you don’t want from the people handling your personal belongings that represent your home. First of all, they do not take responsibility for anything they break. The excuse they gave me was that the item was “already like that.” All the employees are related to one another, so they defend each other, and as a customer, you have no chance of getting fair treatment, even when you are clearly right.

ZERO STARS. Berger Allied Company failed to deliver my sofas and has shown a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. They claimed a compensation check was mailed in December, yet I have still not received it, and it is now nearly the end of January. Rocio T., the representative who contacted me about the sofas, repeatedly ignores my calls and text messages. When she does respond, she says she will “look into it” and then never follows up. Her lack of communication has been ongoing and unacceptable.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Berger’s service. The shift manager was not only disrespectful to both me and my wife, but the entire crew left trash around the property and refused to assemble basic furniture, despite it being part of the job. They made a complete mess inside and showed zero regard for our home. From the very beginning, the manager refused to take responsibility for any issues and offered no solutions, clearly wanting to do the bare minimum and leave as soon as possible.
Absolutely the most unprofessional move I have ever been a part of. Movers are not professional. They begged for free things during the move, they forgot items, they broke items, and took every advantage of the situation. I have no real idea how many of our goods ended up actually getting packed and how many may have walked out the door. Thousands of dollars in damages when unpacked and the insurance company is even more unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE with this company.
I should’ve known this would be the move from hell when the movers showed up at 6:30 am reeking of marijuana. They arrived with a partially full truck which resulted in all my household goods not fitting on the truck for a cross country …
Management is horrible . Ran off ops manager, local dispatch , warehouse worker . Lost their number 1 local driver . Cause of bad management . General manager is as spread sheet guy has no people skills .

Moved from Iowa to Texas: There were no hidden fees! All the representatives were very personable and experienced in this field. They knew exactly what they were doing! I was updated from the time we planned a pick-up date to the day my items were delivered. I have always moved my stuff myself, so this was a decision that was hard for me, but I do not regret it at all! I was able to travel stress-free with my child.
Andrew and his team were fantastic to work with on multiple commercial projects. He was extremely helpful in explaining their processes during our warehouse visit and coordinating receivers, pre-install needs, and deliveries. They even saved the day just hours before a major opening by getting us a critical final piece. Huge thanks to Andrew and his team for their support and professionalism!
