I used this company to move from a small studio to a studio just 10 minutes away. The two movers worked consistently, but the job still took 5.5 hours, which shocked me. It was more than three hours just to get everything into the truck. Everything was pre-packed, both elevators were reserved, and only a couple of items needed to be wrapped. I’ve moved the same amount before and it never took this long.

I recently hired Bestever Movers for a local move, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Moving is usually stressful, but this team made everything feel organized, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The crew arrived right on time, introduced themselves professionally, and immediately got to work. Before moving anything, they carefully wrapped my furniture with moving blankets and protective materials, making sure every item was secure.
Great service and movers with a very reasonable price. The staff were nice, friendly and moved everything out at a reasonable time. The only constructive feedback is communication. It would have been nice to have good communication back and forth at times as I wasn't sure if the move was really confirmed or details about the move as I felt there was a lack of communication.
