In their own words
Moving made easy. These folks are lovely. The move was well-priced, the gents were courteous, on time, great with communication, extremely careful with all items, and did everything they could to ensure a pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend.
Thank you so much for the kind words and recommendation. We’re really glad to hear you found the move well-priced and that our team’s care, communication, and punctuality made the experience a positive one. Providing a smooth and pleasant move from start to finish is always our goal.
Exceptional! Easily the best mover I’ve ever had. I didn’t know where to start when choosing a mover so I phoned local storage facilities for recommendations on a good moving company in the area. Robin at Best Moves came so highly recommended I could not choose anyone else…and Robin and his crew did not disappoint. Their attention to detail, care, efficiency, and friendly professional customer service relieved most of the stress on my moving day…all at a great price.
Thank you so much for the amazing review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to hear that the recommendations from the local storage facilities led you to us and that our team was able to … More
Spectacular! Robin was efficient, friendly, and very responsive in the planning of our move - even with a number of changes we needed in the plan. Then on move day, Garrett and Tom were polite, clear in their communication, wonderfully respectful of us (and requests and desires) and of the furniture and house. Nothing broken, no scrapes anywhere to walls/corners. Moving into a 3 story walk-up is no breeze! Really impressive moving crew top to bottom.
My husband and I had 2 sets of sofas and love seats along with some chairs that we wanted to move from upstairs to downstairs. We thought they did an outstanding job!! We have narrow halls and freshly painted walls and they moved all of it without any marks to the walls and the furniture was perfectly moved. Also, Robin the owner was great to deal with and he was able to squeeze us in for a last minute move. I would highly recommend them for any move. We’ll be using them again soon. Thanks so much for your help!
