In their own words
They came two hours late. One of the guys had rolled his ankle on the job before so he could barely walk and not lift anything. They wouldn’t send out someone else out to help. So the other guy and I had to do all the work. They talk on their phones 75% of the time and there’s a lot of just standing around. Overpriced for me doing half the move.

Original quote was for $495 and final price was over $1300. Moving team didn't finish because their truck was too small and I had to move the remaining items. Customer service took 2 weeks to return a call to address my concerns.
Hello Jonathan, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. The initial estimate of $495 was based on the information provided before the move — including the listed inventory and the moving distance.

In their own words
I don’t usually leave reviews, but Best Moving & Storage really earned this one. Moving is always stressful, but the team made the whole process much easier than I expected. They were friendly, showed up on time, and took great care of my furniture and boxes. Communication was great from start to finish, and everything arrived in the same condition it left. I appreciated how professional and hardworking everyone was. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone planning a move.
I've used Best Moving and Storage twice and I've been over-the-moon happy TWICE. Thank you to this team for being so flexible and easy to work with 🔥⭐️⚡️💪 For this latest move, my husband and I decided we'd do the majority of the packing on our own to save on costs. That made it a little difficult to get the right specs to the movers so they could estimate timing and supplies, etc.
An excellent company! The move was quick, careful, and stress-free. The team arrived on time, and the staff were polite and professional. Everything was delivered in perfect condition—nothing was damaged. I especially appreciated the attentive customer service and the transparency throughout the entire process. I recommend Best Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a reliable company for moving and storage. Thank you for the excellent service!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad your move was quick, careful, and stress-free, and that our team provided the professional service you expected. Thank you for trusting Best Moving and Storage, and we hope to assist you again with any future moving needs!
I wouldn’t say they’re the “best” moving, but they are good. One was a little rude to my mom when all she wanted to do was help by holding the door open for him. He was telling her in a sort of rude manner to get out of his way. But the other guy was very nice and helpful. He was asking me where I wanted my items. Which was appreciated. ☺️ Overall, would I go with them again? YES. The experience wasn’t bad. The attitude could have been adjusted, but the move was smooth.
Thank you so much for your 4-star review! 🌟 We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with our team. It’s always our goal to make every move smooth, efficient, and stress-free, and … More
