Do not use this company. This is a horrible company with fake reviews. Notice that none of them are older than 2 months from this one but they've been operating for multiple years. They have had my household goods for over 7 months. They give a delivery date and dont tell you they're going to miss it. The last delivery they lied about was supposed to be on April 25th. They told me that at the beginning of April and then stopped responding to me.

The estimate they gave me was off by a significant amount but more importantly the sales manager edwin garcia guaranteed me delivery within a week and said it would likely be faster than that. It is now far past that deadline and edwin has since completely ghosted me, refusing to answer and text messages or calls. Customer service will not tell me where my things are nor will they provide me an estimated delivery date.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after our experience with U-Ship Van Lines, I felt it was well deserved. My wife and I recently used them for our move, and they exceeded our expectations. The crew was punctual, hardworking, and very professional. They handled our furniture and boxes with care, and nothing was damaged during the move, which was a huge relief. They also worked quickly without cutting corners, which I really appreciated. What stood out most to me was how straightforward and reliable they were.
Moving from Hawaii to the mainland was the most stressful thing on my calendar all year and Oliver quietly took the whole weight off my shoulders. He confirmed dates, handled the logistics, kept me updated through the journey, and everything showed up exactly when promised without a single hiccup along the way.
We were moving to Hawaii and I had heard horror stories from friends who used other companies. Oliver's crew was the complete opposite of every bad moving story I've ever heard, professional from the first call, careful with everything we owned, and delivered on every single promise they made without us having to follow up once.
Slava's storage unit was my lifeline while moving to Alaska. I had things in there for almost three months and the access was always easy, the facility was always clean, and his team always greeted me by name when I stopped in, It's the small things that make a difference and these guys always got that right.
